2What are your standard turnaround times?
Our turnaround times slightly vary based on the type of the project and the scope of work, also considering timely communication and project dynamics.

Creative Visual Solutions: 7 to 15 business days
Video Projects: 15+ business days
Websites and Other Digital Products: 4 to 7 weeks
Printing: Varies based on project type and shipping selection

3What are your prices?
Clear Pixel utilizes an internal pricing matrix by service type and industry/market. Our prices are available upon request only. You may visit us online at to request an estimate.

UPDATE: Our pricing for 2023 will slightly increase. We value our relationships and because of that, we offer various payment agreements.
4I need my project ASAP. How soon can you turn it around?
We truly understand circumstances when deadlines are sooner than expected, however, it is also kind to remember that other clients are also in line waiting. If you want to jump the line, we won’t break the bank, but it will cost you.

Expedited turnaround time (5 business days) - $100 fee
Expedited turnaround time (3 business days) - $200 fee
Expedited turnaround time (1 business day) - $300 fee

All expedited projects require full payment upfront. No exceptions. Printing turnaround times excluded.
5How many times can I request changes on a project?
All design projects include three concepts and three rounds of revisions on the final selection. Additional revisions thereafter are $25 per hour. If revisions are minimal, there is no charge.

After signing off on a proof, additional revisions of any kind will be $25 per hour.

It is imperative for all clients to carefully review work and proofread verbiage. Clear Pixel Media Labs is not liable for grammatical or punctuation errors.
6Do you offer refunds to your clients?
Deposits are non-refundable. Projects canceled or postponed are non-refundable. A final balance for all completed work that exceeds the deposit shall be paid if valid. Refunds are subject to approval, ONLY under reasonable circumstances.
7What is your printing policy?
Printing services are only available to clients that utilize our creative solutions.

All printing services are custom quoted based on turnaround time, quantity, location, and shipping preferences. Printing payments are due upfront and are non-refundable unless Clear Pixel assumes liability for errors.

All clients are required to sign off on print proofs, whether digital or physical. Physical proofs will incur additional fees and prolong the turnaround time.

Our print partners are located in Texas, California, and Kentucky.
8Are there any bundle deals or packages offered?
Clear Pixel Media Labs offers a variety of packages and retainers suitable to your business needs. Seasonally, we offer different specials. Please submit a project request and we will gladly contact you!

9Who owns the artwork or native files, once completed?
In the simplest terms, all artwork and native files are the property of Lee Media Enterprises, LLC, unless stated otherwise in a written contract/proposal. We reserve the right to use any creative work we produce for promotional purposes on print, web, video, or social media platforms.
10Can I receive editable files?
• Native (Source) files are available only for purchase. The native files are our creative blueprint and intellectual property. Native files are usually available in .psd, .ai or .indd format, depending on the type of project created. For video projects, native file formats may vary. Please contact us for details.
11What is Clear Pixel Media Labs’ intake process?
We select clients we can best serve and who is also a great fit for our brand portfolio. We pride ourselves on providing all clients with the best outcome possible through our creative, branding, and marketing services. Our work must also reflect the level of excellence suitable for our portfolio and case studies.
12What are your deciding factors in working with new clients?
Thorough questionnaire responses
Willingness to provide or acquire professional media assets (high-quality photos, logos, etc.)
Evidence of a business plan/strategy. It doesn’t have to be complete.

13What is Clear Pixel Media Labs’ project process?
Fill out an online creative or brand questionnaire on our website
We conduct an icebreaker to learn about your brand
Receive an estimate or proposal via email. Schedule an initial consultation free of charge
Accept proposal or estimate, receive invoice, and remit deposit. Submit all required content.
Research, Planning
Receive initial concept(s) for review
Receive up to 3 rounds of edits/revisions
Remit the remaining balance before receiving the final artwork.
Final deliverables are shared via email or Google Drive.
14What project deliverables will I receive?
You will receive High-Resolution files in .tiff, .jpg or .pdf formats for print projects.

You will receive Low & High Resolution .jpg or .png formats for web or social media projects.

For vector files (typically logos), you will receive .pdf and .eps file formats.
15What if I do not respond in a timely fashion?
All projects that are not reviewed or approved within the allotted project timeline will be considered complete. The balance on this project will be due immediately. No new projects can be initiated until your account is resolved.

Timely communication is critical to keep your project on schedule. If there is a delay in responses via email or online portal, your project may fall back from our front cue. Failure to comply with our turnaround time may result in project delays or cancellations with no refund.
16What is your communication protocol?
Pretty simple…Our Online Portal is essential to our business and customers. It is our paper trail for transactions, proposals, contracts, and project management. The online portal is where all project-related communication takes place. It is imperative that every point of contact has access to this portal. Upon project inquiry, the user’s contact information is automatically stored in our system and an account is generated. For assistance in setting up your account, please contact us at 513.393.9485.

We no longer receive requests via text message. It’s easy to get lost in the sauce with everyone’s messages. We value trackable communication and encourage you to utilize our online portal for quicker responses.
17How do we pay Clear Pixel Media Labs?
All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit that is due before work begins.

The remaining balance is due at the time of completion before work is released.

Expedited projects require full payment upfront and will incur a rush fee.

We accept all major credit & debit cards. NO CHECKS.

Retainers are due at the beginning of every billing cycle. All work is paused until a retainer is remitted.

18Is there someone I may speak with on the phone?
You are always welcome to call us at 513.393.9485. However, consultations and meetings must be scheduled in advance. You may book a meeting on our website, portal, or by phone.

Project requests must still be submitted via our online portal so that they are routed in our internal cue.
